I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The customer service was terrible from start to finish. I received incorrect information and no proper guidance or follow-up after my treatment. When I raised a complaint, I left two messages but never received a call back. Eventually, I was told to come back to the clinic just to request a refund for the two additional treatments I had paid for in advance.
