Clear understanding of cost. They arrive promptly as scheduled and contacted me prior to arrival. This time Sean was able to arrive early and called to see if that would be convenient for me. He working efficiently and thoroughly. He was very helpful.
We had our carpets cleaned, plus a recliner, almost a week ago. Gallagher’s came highly recommended by one of the contractors remodeling our kitchen. Consummate professionalism, very flexible with scheduling, and thoroughly conscientious with pet concerns. I just had them back for a second cleaning, and again: overdelivered and surpassed expectations. All for a reasonable price. This is a rare gem in the service industry.
From the moment I called and spoke to Venessa to make an appointment to my carpet being cleaned it was an amazing and professional service. The owner himself came out to clean my carpets. Now that is a company that cares about their costumers. After my carpets and couch were cleaned they looked good as new. I have two young boys that contributed a lot of stains and they all came out. Absolutely fantastic!!! I had pet stains all over my home from four animals under one roof. I tried everything I could to get the smell out, for a year, but the smells always came back. My only regret is that I didn’t call Gallagher’s sooner, because I spent so much money on do-it-yourself pet stain remover products before discovering them. Whatever Gallagher’s miracle secret is for pet stains - it really works!!! �
