Took truck to Gallagher because it i was getting a check engine light. It took them a week to even look at it, but nonetheless they called and said they were going to replace my spark plugs and coils and it would be done in about a week. That week went by with no call. So I started calling, but only getting voicemail. Nobody would even return my call after several voicemails. I taken my **** (F350 6.7) to have a preventative change of the water pumps and tensioners. Also, the service was to change the transmission fluid and filter. While draining a oil sample was to be taken.I was advised the service may take 2 days and I advised the service advisor I wasnt in a hurry and to let me know so I could be picked up, they later advised it would be finished ******* delivery it was noted that the mechanic was standing on the chrome bumper to check the fluid. ****************** does not adhere to ****s guidelines of multi point inspection. First time I brought my truck in they said air filter was dirty and needed replaced after I said I didnt want anything added without consent. Then charged me for a air filter that they did not put in (made right by reimbursement) and then checked off they checked my transmission when they didnt, Ill explain how I know. In early October I was traveling from California to Salt Lake City. I had a mechanical issues with my 2005 F2 50 Ford super duty, in Elko.
