I have been in a mental health and substance abuse center since 8/3. I reached out to Mr. Davis a week or so later. At that point he said he would gladly represent me. Over the course of the next month I sent him the documents he requested. I did not hear from him for 4 weeks. So I reached out to him once again on 11/13. I hired Davis Olszeski a year ago to handle my disability claim. I had been being paid my disability and due to the company selling to the next Insurance company they wanted to "clean house". They try to scare a person by saying they are cancelling your disability or try to give you a minimal portion payout, but if you calculate the time you should be paid and what they are offering it is insulting.
