Love this place! Great service with the employees and very professional with showing me how all the upgrades you’re able to do in the lenses highly recommend this place !! So OBSESSED WITH MY COCO AND BREEZY and the box they come in too very cute . 😍
Just Delighted! Optical is definitely a gem .. I switched a couple years ago and I can’t recommend enough. Dr is excellent, thorough and kind . The staff is very lovely and professional. They have a great selection of frames. The owner has an incredible eye , everything he suggested looked great and he listened to what I wanted while steering me to fabulous frames.
Love my red Gucci and Black Balenciaga glasses, The doctor and Abi were a great help!! I’ll be back….
This place is near my house and I decided to give it a try since my optometrist at Costco moved elsewhere. I regret ever walking into the place. The doctor made me wait for no good reason and she was so rude. She pushed my head up and down. She talked to me like I was an idiot, She kept repeating herself, therefore it took long. But then didn’t fully explain what she should’ve, I read a sheet of paper before I signed the prescription She was trying to give me and I realize I could actually get blinder with the way she wanted... read more
Worst experience! Dr. Was super rude to my kids and i. Not to mentioned the front desk didnt inform me i couldn’t take my kids with me and also they only billed for exam not the glasses. When i literally ask before making the appointment. Waited a whole month! For glasses. And nothing was billed. Didnt have the audacity to called me to inform me anything! So unprofessional.
