Diane was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient with showing me all the features the machine has to offer. She was extremely polite and never pushy at all. Very professional. I am not very knowledgeable about sewing machines, and when mine acted up, I tried every You Tube and internet suggestion I could find but could not fix it. My husband took my machine into Galesburg Sewing Center, and within minutes, they had it up and running again. I am so grateful for their help!
Just finished two days of fun sewing Kimberbell’s “Too Cute to Spook” !! Loved every minute of it. Thank you so much Galesburg Sewing Center for bringing this to central Illinois. The educator, Vicky Hartley, was fantastic! Sew much fun! Can hardly wait till the next event! I forgot to mention their customer service IS THE BEST AROUND!!
