Just cancelled the Galesburg Register Mail. Found out they put us on mail delivery because they have no carrier Mill St. In Knoxville. We may or may not get the paper on the proper day they said. Of coarse no Sunday delivery. But we have received one paper by mail since we got home. They are truly screwed up.😬🤬😡😠 There have been problems but this move broke the 🐪 back.
Would never subscribe again
Our ad has not been in the paper for several weeks and we keep paying the bill! We have went in there and keep calling!
Have no received our paper 4 of the 7 days this past week. It is very inconvenient now calling being being put on hold for 20 minutes before you get a real person. Have been told repeatedly would have someone bring us a paper still nothing. Today was told they hired a new carrier and was running late. Assured us we would get our paper nothing! 40 years we have had a subscription this is the last straw. At least have a real person call so we can get out of our billing!
They can’t keep a decent Carrier for any length of time and we are tired of not getting the paper when we should. We QUIT
Actually deliver the newspaper your clients subscribe too! Knoxville route and a Galesburg route in town for both! not fun going out in this kind of bad weather and no paper.
We have not received a paper in 4 DAYS (even though we are paid up for a year)!!! Have been a loyal subscriber for 40 plus years! When you try to call the Register Mail they will not even give you the courtesy of talking to them and I haven't been able to leave a message because it hangs up on you! Isn't this fraud? Taking your money up front and not producing a product!
Deliver the newspaper or at least answer the phone when paper is late.
hire people that can get the job done...your so called service stinks
