I accidentally called this office thinking it was my own, and the lady that I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude. Before she even knew I had called the wrong office she was interrupting me and made it very clear she didn’t have time for my questions. From the moment she answered the phone until I said have a nice day and hung up she was condescending and demeaning.
