I went for an annual eye exam and they charged me for an office visit that cost me $137. I would not have gone to them if they told me that. The office manager lied to me and said that only optometrists can give eye exams. I went to Horizon Eye care for years and an opthamologist provided that service and it was coded as an eye exam
One of the best medical appointments ever. The reception, the nurse assistant and Dr. Grayson. Extremely professional and extremely pleasant.
I found Dr Grayson to be very friendly. He removed a cateract from my right eye and did an excellent job removing the cataract. He answers and gives clear answers to your quotes. I would recommend him highly especially to diabetics.
Dr. Gratson's office is well organized and he is very knowledgeable and professional. Best.
Dr. Grayson is an awesome eye surgeon who is extremely knowledgeable, caring and thorough. He very patiently explained my surgical procedure in layman's terms I easily understood. He always listens attentively and addresses my concerns making me feel like a very valuable patient. I love the warm, friendly atmosphere in his office and interacting with him and his very professional staff. Dr. Grayson and his team place me totally at ease, and I recommend him to everyone with vision concerns.
Dr Grayson seems OK, but he shows poor judgment regarding to his staff, his scheduler is nasty & vindictive. I was not given all the information I needed for my procedure, I was not prepared and the surgery had to be canceled. I am a stroke survivor and I need to have everything planned out in order to function. The scheduler said it was my fault that I didn't know everything I needed to know. That set me off. From then on I was given the runaround haven't had the surgery I desparatly need
My eye surgeon Dr Galen Grayson an incredibly warm, friendly, pleasant, compassionate human being and competent surgeon. I have never felt any pain, discomfort and healing wonderfully. I have chosen him with my own intuition from a providers' list and I could not have been more happy. I recommend him with 10 stars. Thank your Dr. Grayson.- Quanta DawnLight
