Staff was great, but when scheduling my appointment I was quoted one price, then given a completely different one after my appointment when nothing could be done about it. I left feeling very frustrated.

The staff is very friendly. Diane is about as friendly as you can get. She's very personable and makes you feel very comfortable.
They are all friendly, I mean REALLY friendly. And it is genuine! She is very thorough as well. Our entire family goes there.
