Lol so first things first, the 5 star reviews are all bots. Guys, at least buy more convincing bots. Now, onto the real review. I lived with GSH for 2 years. I can honestly tell you it is one of the cheaper / cheapest single room options around (with both shared or ensuite bath options). The room is tiny, but that's what you get for the price. Take note of how the most recent reviews lately have all been negative. If I could turn back time to a year ago, I would’ve never signed a lease here. I stayed at W 39th Pl and my room was given to me filthy (despite a $200 cleaning fee that’s deducted from your deposit after your lease is over) and whoever “cleaned” it definitely doesn’t know the meaning of clean.
