Take note of how the most recent reviews lately have all been negative. If I could turn back time to a year ago, I would’ve never signed a lease here. I stayed at W 39th Pl and my room was given to me filthy (despite a $200 cleaning fee that’s deducted from your deposit after your lease is over) and whoever “cleaned” it definitely doesn’t know the meaning of clean.
