First time going there and had a positive experience. My tech was Michael and I didn't have to wait to be seen. Had a pedicure, hot towel, hot wax bags on feet, steam, lotion/oil massage and wash. The visit lasted more than an hour. Will return.
So very disappointed with this place the first 2 times I came service was great now it’s just really boring like they are not friendly I got up and was gonna leave because the lady doing my nails did not want to listen to what I wanted I came back to give them another chance to redeem themselves but of course I walk in and everyone just stares at me after I said I wanted a full set and it’s like they didn’t want to be there when you pay $50 to 60 something dollars you want great service but this will be the last time I come ... read more
They are the worst. This is not a spa. It’s noisy they treat you like just another number in a line. I asked for something to be done she refused. I asked for my shoes to be put on and she said no put the flimsy shoes on. Not the cleanest. Should have got up before sitting down. My fault. It’s a never again for me. FIRED.
Lele did a full set on me an they came out perfect an was very patient with me
