We went there a week ago. My daughter got a pedicure which I won’t be posting photos of. They cut her nail in a way her nail keeps in growing. My manicure? We were new customers so we clearly got the worst. My daughter’s nail tech kept watching a football game. Mine cut me twice even thought I mentioned I’m a diabetic. I thought they were being nice so I even helped translate when a Spanish customer was there…. The day I left my index finger lifted and chipped off at the top. Now? First time going there and had a positive experience. My tech was Michael and I didn't have to wait to be seen. Had a pedicure, hot towel, hot wax bags on feet, steam, lotion/oil massage and wash. The visit lasted more than an hour. Will return.

So very disappointed with this place the first 2 times I came service was great now it’s just really boring like they are not friendly I got up and was gonna leave because the lady doing my nails did not want to listen to what I wanted I came back to give them another chance to redeem themselves but of course I walk in and everyone just stares at me after I said I wanted a full set and it’s like they didn’t want to be there when you pay $50 to 60 something dollars you want great service but this will be the last time I come ... read more
