I went to Galaxy Nails on North Oak Trafficway friday to get my nails filled. They charged my card $20 more than they were authorized to and when I called them and told them about it, they said they would call me back because they were busy. Then the man called me and started aruing with me and saying I also had a pedicure and a childs nails done. No try again, I will never go back to this shady place.

I’ve been coming here for over a year, faithfully bring friends with me. Always been a loyal client but the last several times I have came I get with a trainee or somebody that just ISNT THERE permanently. Non of the original nail techs take me anymore when I had ONE tech that would always take care of me and never had an issue. They’re very friendly when u bring them new customers but when u complain about the most MINOR thing you get attitude and a bogus explanation on as to why you ‘the client’ are wrong and the tech is r... read more
