I have been going to Galaxy Nails with my sister and niece for the last 4 years. I have recommended this nail salon to several of my friends. The staff is always friendly and they treat us like family. Love going there!
Lovely people, lovely service, great nail techs. I always enjoy myself when I go.
Within 5 days of having a pedicure and gel manicure the polish started chipping and peeling off. It was 8 days before I could call to come in to have them repaired. I didn't expect to be reprimanded for 'waiting so long to call'. I was told they'd fix the tips where they were chipped but they refused to repair the lifted polish. I stated if they wouldn't fix my whole nail on each finger they didn't have to do anything I'd just write a poor review. They told me to go ahead. Let's see if this posts.
