Had Galaxy come out to my condo in SF to replace my thermostat from the original (overly complicated Trane) to a Nest. They were incredibly responsive (initial contact my phone, the rest was text), thorough (confirmed all parts needed, provided total cost of all parts & labor, and quickly met the HOA requirements around a certificate of insurance), and professional when executing the job. Would highly recommend them for this service.
My hvac would not come on in the morning I had a Co look at it and they replaced a part. Next day same thing so they came back spent some time and told me they wouldnt charge me. I said what now ? He said you might try another Co..... I saw Galaxy had a lot of good reviews.
