The crew - Vlad, Vlad, and Ivan are excellent, and the most careful and detailed people I've met. They did an amazing job with this multi room mini split in difficult to install locations. We recently used Galaxy's services to install a new air conditioner. We worked with Ratmir who was very responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient in getting the work done. He is a very nice guy and was really great to work with. He made the entire process from start to finish very easy and stress-free. The end result is we are very happy with the final installation and would definitely use Galaxy's services again in the future!

Used Galaxy to get our new AC and Heating was great! Jeff was the consultant that first came to offer services and he was very knowledgeable and offered great service! We felt very comfortable with him. And he worked it out to get us a great price! Roman and Vladimir were the techs that did the installation. They did terrific work. Very thorough, thoughtful, great service, and super dependable! Roman was a pro! Highly recommend working with this company, especially if you have Jeff, Roman, and Vladimir on your team!

My air conditioner was not cooling, and Constantine from Galaxy Heating & Air Conditioning came to check it. He did a thorough inspection, clearly explained the problem, and suggested a solution. He was honest, professional, and meticulous in his work. Constantine made sure the issue was completely resolved. I truly appreciate his dedication and the quality of his craft.
