My experience started with an onsite quote by Michael Stone. Michael was very knowledgeable and asked questions on what our goals are. This is my first experience with needing to replace an AC system, our last system was 25 years olf. So glad that we had Michael S as our Comfort Advisor. He was friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. The crew - Vlad, Vlad, and Ivan are excellent, and the most careful and detailed people I've met. They did an amazing job with this multi room mini split in difficult to install locations. Jeff was amazing as well - he spent a lot of time with me to understand how I would use AC and heat so that the mini split was sized appropriately and placed in locations that are aesthetically appealing. 5/5 Galaxy is the best around! Never had any issues with the company, they always make things right for their clients and they were able to match and beat most company's prices out there. Not only that their service department is top notch! Love these guys!
