My experience with Galaxy has been top notch. The initial sales rep, Jeff was knowledgeable and experienced. The installation technicians, Ramiro, Mogamed, and Vladyslav were conscientious, efficient, and performed the installation in a timely manner. I have been quite happy with their services. I would recommend Galaxy HVAC for your heating needs.

Heat pump&mini splits installed. Very professional guys Vlad & Muhammad, Knowledgeable, and respectful, but also really nice guys. Showed me how to use my remotes and download the app to my phone. Did a walk thru to test each unit and make sure they function properly. Many thanks! Larry Davis

We got a heater through Galaxy and Jeff was a great point person who answered all my questions during the consultation process. In addition to our heater being super old, it was very loud when turning on and off. After install, the heater worked great but there were still noise issues from the existing plenums. Galaxy sent out Tim who was awesome! He was super knowledgeable, fixed our noise problem and was very friendly. No additional cost.
