We recently bought a hot tub. Was delivered on time. The delivery men were great. Although some upgrades that we were promised were not given to us initially they were quick to get all that worked out. And were very friendly and respectful when we called them. We love our hot tub and use it everyday.

We bought a swim spa in July of 2017. It was finally delivered 12/1/17. I was told they would show us how to do everything on the spa. Well they didn’t they just said to play around with it. After we filled it up with water we go to turn it in and nothing, they did not wire it correctly. So they come back out rewire it and accidentally brake one of the panels on the spa (no problem they say they will replace it), not to mention when they installed the cover they did not install latches correctly which ripped our cover (no pr... read more
