We purchased a pool from them on March 30th 2019, was told we would be swimming by May 1st. It’s now June and still NO POOL!!!! I understand the weather can impact some days for installation BUT my check for 6800.00 and my payments for balance should not have started till pool install complete!!!!! We dealt with the Tulsa Galaxy but want everyone to know our experience... ☹️
Our experience did not go well. We believe there was misrepresentation as to dimensions as well as inadequately prepared delivery people. (They did not have their usual equipment which would have allowed spa to fit thru our doorway based on dimensions stated in installation agreement. We understand that the installation agreement calls for 20% restocking fee, but when the delivery people state their dolly adds to the height requirement but the installment agreement does not factor that in, the customer is held responsible. We are so excited about our new hot tub! My husband has so many issues with his back and Kathy Johnson went above and beyond to help us find exactly what he needed to give him so much needed relief. She is super knowledgeable of the products and so fun to work with. It felt like we were not only making a purchase but gaining a friend! I can’t say enough good things.
