We bought a hot tub from Galaxy and they have been very helpful. Logan has consistently followed up and I'm free to text him with any problems or questions. I would recommend Galaxy for a hot tub purchase.

Galaxy is the full package! If you need a pool or a hot tub or like me I purchased a swim spa. From start to finish it was just what I wanted. They are the most friendly, helpful and the best part was the chemical guy Logan! Once your spa is in and full you just text him and he will help you with all your needs no matter what time or day!! Galaxy is great! I haven't purchased anything from there except for some spa chemicals and Logan was helpful the whole way! I was able to get my tub clean in no time! Very welcoming experience.
Great customer service. The young man Logan that helped me with a grill was very professional and knowledgeable. This was my first time to visit the store and I was very pleased.
Damage upon installation. Ordered July 2017, Installed October 31, ozonator was included and has YET to be installed. Hot tub is junk.
Our Tub was delivered and finally works. We did have a bit of a run around, but Andy at the OKC store kept his word and got us up and running quickly. Kathy was great to work with, the delivery guys were professional and great.
