Never-ending issues living here. Prices go up every year and things get worse. Keep looking. Avoid Gebhardt, avoid MPM
The Galaxie building and parking ramp have very poor layouts. Itâs as if the parking ramp was constructed with the thought that multiple cars wouldnât be driving through it simultaneously. Lack of urgency amongst MPM staff when it comes to repairs and emergencies. The building fire alarms are extremely loud within the apartments and go off all the time because of Festival Foods.
