Good luck getting anyone to actually answer you. I’m going on month 2 of no answer from my sales rep. They offered me a great price on my trade but I still don’t have tags for my new car and have been blown off about the missing floor mats for as long as i’ve owned the car. when he actually answers, there’s always an excuse but no resolution. Unless some magic happens, don’t waste your breath.

Absolute worst service and snotty attitude ever by the guy in the service department. That’s when and IF anyone answers the phone.
TERRIBLE customer service. We've called 5 times in the last 2 hours and have yet to speak to anyone in your service department. Evidently ONE MAN has been left alone to handle everything. That's not his fault - it's poor management. Promote the one guy in there now - fire the idiot who put him in this position. You just lost a customer - but I'm sure it's not the first one you lost this morning.
