Teresa is such an incredible healer! She holds such sacred space for you to clear and release layers of past trauma that extends beyond this lifetime that is still affecting you to this day. It is so amazing to feel all of that be released from your body and you truly feel more embodied! You feel more of YOU! What I love and respect most is that she teaches you how to help continue to heal yourself along your journey for your highest good! Thank you so so much Teresa you are an angel!
I was literally constipated with trapped emotions which manifested into stomach issues and constipation. Teresa helped me clear these emotions and finally my body is relaxed for the first time in weeks. Sometimes its a very subtle change and this time, it was the most extreme because it manifested physically. I have been working with Teresa for many years and I am so grateful for her.
