Jeff has inspected 3 homes for us over the years. Very thorough, he is someone that you want looking at a home you are going to buy. He is professional and very good at what he does.
Missed a lot of items that have cost us a lot of money. Roof issues, exhaust for power vented gas water heater and gas furnace being tied together, deck foundation issues. Have been told by roofers that a home inspector should have pointed out roof issues. Have been told by both heating contractor and plumbing contractor that Home inspector should have caught exhausting issues. In clear conscience, I could not recommend this home inspector
