The wait was a little bit long but it was totally worth it. Dr. Balch spent time talking to me and making me feel comfortable about the procedure. The office staff and the nurses were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this office.

After 5 months of visits my wife was told they could not fit her for her contacts and did not provide a refund for services. Office visits are to establish an accurate prescription, which was never done. Bad quality care, bad patient bedside manner on the part of the physicians. Seems after revenue, not patient quality care. Dr. Balch was rude and condescending.

Amazing service! every pair of glasses at this optical is made for me have been perfect.
