I went to Gainesville Cryotherapy to help with sleep. In just 3 visits it has helped my sleep tremendously and done so much more! Old muscle injuries that I had just learned to live with are feeling better. The treatment leaves you feeling lighter than air and very balanced/integrated. I have signed up for my next 10 and highly recommend it! The owners are super nice and professional which makes the visits even more pleasurable!!
This was the coolest thing EVER !!! I went in just thinking I'm gonna freeze , but I got out with no pain in my shoulder !!!!! SO COOL DEFINITELY WORTH THE FREEZE :)
