I absolutely LOVED this experience. I LOVED IT! I was terrified at first because I cannot STAND the cold. This was a completely different experience though. I stayed in all 3 minutes and it wasn't bad at all. The staff was so knowledgeable and so nice. I cant wait to go back. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The facility is excellent and the equipment is world class. I would recommend this facility to anyone training for national or international competition.
Everyone needs to try this at least once. I would do it everyday if I could. Makes me feel great! I have an autoimmune disorder and I really think cryotherapy helps my symptoms. Definitely with my energy levels!
