Unsafe living conditions, mold in apartment. Unhelpful staff, lied, violated my lease and threatened to send to collections if we didn't pay MORE. I don't know how they're still in business. Animal f**** in the hallways. This was in ****** but it seems universal..

Bugs, Bugs, Bugs, bugs, I have alerted the sonoma grande oklahoma apartment complex so many times that I am being eaten alive at night by bugs. When I moved in I thought something was unusual they actually paid and installed new carpet in places which never happens. I have tried three times to get customer service to call me back about their property at Montfort Place Apartments. Their property is charging outlandish move out fees. They are literally charging me for renovating the apartment for the next tenant. Ive had so many technical and personnel problems with this complex and Gaines has never returned my calls. When I moved I made sure my next apartment was not a Gaines property.

Lauren at the Greyson Gate Apts in Dallas is very rude. Not only has she not accommodated for the past month to help us fix our apt (it flooded during the winter storm) but has failed to help OTHER TENANTS. Her response “I’m sorry you chose to live here” MAAM THERE IS MOLD IN AN APARTMENT YOU FORCED ME TO MOVE BACK INTO. Legal Action will be taken if this isn’t fixed. I want her job TAKEN. My apartment flooded and I haven't been able to live there for about two weeks. They told me repairs would take two weeks. They're still wanting me to pay full rent which is ridiculous. Lori is rude and selfish, not helping me at all. I have offered to pay prorated rent for the last two weeks of march since that's when I'll be able to move back in to my apartment and she won't respond to me. Worst management.

Avoid any property owned by Gaines Investment Trust, especially Creekside on Pear Ridge. The office staff here have no idea what they're doing. The so called property manager, Mayra is completely incompetent and has lied to me several times. She will act as if she's helping you but will do nothing on her end. I've made over 10 complaints about my loud and disrespectful upstairs neighbors and not a SINGLE thing has been done. They told me that "lease violations" have been sent but nothing has changed. Do yourself a favor, and actually READ THE REVIEWS and BELIEVE every word they say. This Saturday will be a month that I’ve been at this “community”, and let me tell you…I instantly regret not believing all of the reviews that I actually did read prior to moving in.
