I got Lasik from Gailey Eye Clinic in 2020. It went well. However, now I am working on getting into the military again and need my records from them in order to get back in. It is a time sensitive matter, and they refuse to email my records to the recruiter or myself. They will only allow traditional mail or pick-up (I now live in Florida). The very first time I took my daughter there everything was great..Never an issue with her glasses everyone was super friendly.. The most recent visit the front desk lady was nice when we walked in, when we checked out not so much and it was the same person. The glasses took well over 2 weeks because she was out sick which I understand, but someone should be cross trained to help in that case because her glasses were sitting there however no one there to adjust. I have gone to Gailey for years and have been very pleased with the services provided until my last appointment, a few months ago. The office staff and doctor were great, the lady that helps with glasses- not so much. She never offered an opinion regarding style, told me the glasses would be in 2 weeks and often is back before that.
