This place may be nice and they may be friendly. But their scheduling is awful. I waited a month for an appt and when that time came, they called me the day of to reschedule. Another month out. Or offer me to drive an HOUR to see them sooner. No eye dr is worth that.
This was such a fun appointment. Sam, Holly, Rachael & Rachael were all terrific to be around. Having Rachael help me pick the perfect glasses really gave me a boost of confidence that I needed. I’ve finally moved out of my comfort zone with a splash of color on my frames! Wish I could come here daily to be around such great people
I got Lasik from Gailey Eye Clinic in 2020. It went well. However, now I am working on getting into the military again and need my records from them in order to get back in. It is a time sensitive matter, and they refuse to email my records to the recruiter or myself. They will only allow traditional mail or pick-up (I now live in Florida). Even though there are no laws preventing email. Gailey Eye Clinic is more than decade behind the times with this. The very first time I took my daughter there everything was great..Never an issue with her glasses everyone was super friendly.. The most recent visit the front desk lady was nice when we walked in, when we checked out not so much and it was the same person. The glasses took well over 2 weeks because she was out sick which I understand, but someone should be cross trained to help in that case because her glasses were sitting there however no one there to adjust.
