I’ve only seen Dr. Sullivan a few times but I can honestly say, after searching for another GYN after my GYN of 40+ yrs. retired, I like her. However, it does me no good to have her as my GYN if I can’t get an appointment to see her. I called to schedule an appointment with her today, 6/18/25, and was told the EARLIEST I can get an appointment with her is September! This is not a review on the doctor herself but more on this office. They cancelled my mother’s procedure due to her insurance being out of network. Then they themselves called us stating that they will attempt to get an out of network authorization from the insurance. Insurance approved the out of network authorization, we went into the office to reschedule the procedure just to be told by the front desk and their supervisor that it cannot be done because they dont take her insurance. A month ago, I went to DR. SULLIVAN's clinic in person to schedule a preventive check-up (annual exam) for my wife. I managed to schedule it for yesterday (10/08/2024), a month later. The appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM and as I told the nurse that my wife needed an interpreter in our language, the treatment started to be DIFFERENT. Although my wife is legal in this country, she still does not speak ENGLISH very well.
