I would personally not choose to return to this provider. As a professional who has trained thousands on positive interpersonal behavior, I think she needs a refresher. She provided little eye contact, continually told me that she didn’t know what my issue was even after reviewing my procedures, and wrote off my suggestion of esophageal reflux.
