I have had to change PCPs literally 4 times in the past two years because the providers kept leaving the practice for various reasons.I saw Gail for the first time yesterday, and I was so happy to hear that she will be there for a very long time! She was personable, she listened to my story, she answered my questions and addressed my concerns, she didn't run out the door as soon as possible - she took her time with me. It was a great appointment!
