Daughter is looking to buy first home and has been pre-approved for 125k. Ms. Hardy didn't feel that was enough and told her she needs to go back to the bank for a larger amount. I find that to be very rude and unprofessional.
Loved Gail and her team. Gail was so helpful in helping us buy our dream home in Knoxville. She's very knowledgeable and was always a available to answer all my questions.
She was prompt, helpful, organized, and kept us on track to find the perfect home while we were living out of state. Would highly recommend to anyone moving to town from out of state or locally.
Never one to leave a bad review, but very poor experience. The main problem is the bad communication skills. I informed them that I would need guidance on selling the property because I had never done it before, I was very upfront. After no progress, and going a different direction she tried to guilt trip me for “spending her own money and time to help me,” which was the first time she had even brought it up. Gail is AWESOME!!! Could not have asked for a better realtor. Not only did she help us buy our new house, we also used her services to sell our other house. Gail is SUPER professional, reliable and EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT with communication! Her listings are TOP NOTCH and glamorous. Virtual walk through, virtual designing, and video (if desired).
