Poor Scheduling. I called Dr. Gaffney's office back in October/November to schedule a cleaning as a new patient. They scheduled me for December 10, which I felt was a long lead time but OK. They verified the appointment the day prior, and then the morning of they canceled due to someone being sick. I had to reschedule for February 12 - Again, really long time to wait but the office was close to home so I agreed.
