DON'T GO HERE!!! – I would not recommend this office AT ALL. The first time I called to make an appointment I asked to speak with Dr. Gaffney, as I was told to do by my insurance. When she answered the phone she said "Why are you talking to me, can my front desk not help you?" She was a very rude lady. Good first impression right? I went for my establishment appt., where she reviewed my records with the door open to her office; and scheduled me to come back in a few months for a PFT. Health Care – I am the Office Manager of Gaffney Health Services at any time when a patient is upset I am upset. In regards to the patient bellaitalian13 I must response not only in behalf but also in her behalf. Gaffney Health Services physician does not deliver children as you would have been refered to a specialist for care of yourself and new and beautiful child. dont bother with this place! – So im expectingmy first child and made an appointment w/ dr. gaffney...1st time going there. I had a 2:00 p.m appointment got there at 1:00 to fill out paperwork and so on. they couldn't find my appointment, finally said ok she was able fit you in, then found my appointment. at 1:45 the nurse comes out and goes i'll call you back right when i get back from lunch...WHAT!! it was 15 mins before my appointment and they were taking a lunch for an hour. then i see the doctor walking to the front des... read more
