Stay Away – Wish I had read this before I took the job. After working for a month I inquired about pay and was avoided like the plaque. I was finally paid but asked to hold off on cashing the check. I waited a week then cashed it. Good thing I cashed it when I did because other workers checks were bouncing. A month later I demanded another check. It was a partial payment and the check bounced. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! – Everything about this place is horrible. Never been to a place that could be called a healthcare facility such as this. This office does not believe in following HIPAA rules and regulations. The waiting room is filthy, dead insects in plain sight. The staff has a new face every visit. Exam rules are small and with no airflow. Wait is ridiculous. Patient care is minimal and are rushed once seen. Quick to schedule a follow up with no real outcome. I dont recommend this place for healthcare.
Gaffney Health Services Fraud – I work for Gaffney Healthservices as a in dependent consultant.....When I arrive there this office was unorganized. I did all the work to get them up to HIPPA standard which was an impossible task and when the work was complete the this doctor did not want to pay me. Evidently she did not get the memo that slavery was abolished. Dr. Gaffney THANK YOU – I have been treated for many years for my HYPERTENSION issues. A friend suggested that I go see Dr. Gaffney as she has been under her care for several years and has enjoyed her experiences. As a former resident of New York I found it very hard to even find a doctor that excepted my insurance provider and was delighted to find she accepted my insurance. Enjoyed the visit all was good – I was first lerry of a visit to office base on information posted on the web site. I arrive at the office and was surprised to receive an computer to complete my information as opposed to paper, which I found to be interesting, different and a delight. To Rude to be a Doctor – Please find another physican, if at all possilble. Dr. Gaffney is very unprofessional and rude. She acts as if she is better than most. Her tone and attitude are not what a doctor with proper training and education should have. I visited for the last time on Monday the 13th. My appointment was at 8:30 am. Very unprofessional – Gaffney Healthcare service is not a good place for healthcare or to be employed. I was a employee there and most of the time there, couldn't find charts, billing was messed up, overcharging patients for visits and she would always try to collect money from people who have Medicare and secondary insurance. The patient care sucked she had people waiting for hours, while she sat and talked or ate lunch. Dr Gaffney – My daughter was patient and was not happy with the 2 plus hours to wait on sheduled appts with the staff not knowing why she was there (how come you came back after they called her to set up a follow up appt) or giving wrong information on medical issues.. The doctor was rude to my daughter and on the one occasion I spoke to her, very confrontational..
