The food here is heavenly. Even things you might never eat, you should eat here. The flavors are so delicious, and everything is so fresh, and top quality. Gaetano take huge pride in his food, and it shows. My favorite restaurant to eat at, and I've had meals at Everest, Tru, etc and many other quality ones in Chicago. For pure enjoyment, very reasonable prices, unusual plates, warm service, and magical food, Gaetano's is always my first choice!
This is my favorite place. The pasta is homemade everyday and so is the amazing flavors of focaccia bread. I am gluten free and I have never had gluten free pasta like this. It is amazing! They bring out gluten free bread for me too. Gaetano is so pssionate about everything that comes out of the kitchen. His complex dishes are truely an artistic marriage of flavors. Some of the most delicious food I've ever had. My husband and I did the tasting menu on Valentine's Day. Fantastic! Our waiter was really knowledgeable and attentive too. Would definitely recommend the restaurant.
Love this gem in Batavia! We were there last night with friends and had The Tasting, AWESOME! Gaetano and his wife Wendy are so gracious, the staff perfect and music provided by John Ivan, the best! This is a must go to restaurant!!!!
Thank you for the great birthday dinner! Everything was outstanding. The fried calamari appetizer was a huge hit across the table and the little tiramisu in the clay pot (with a candle and a flower!) just made the meal perfect. We had been to the first location before but Batavia is way closer to where we all live and just as delicious so my whole family is excited to have you there! Thank you so so so much!
