In addition to being a great chiropractor, Dr. Carlos is excellent at handling the insurance paperwork. She is better organized with her office work than any other chiropractor I have been to. This leads to an effective, uninterupted schedule of care. In all areas, she is THE BEST
She made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was very comfortable. When comparing her to others I have visited for the same condition, she is among the best I have seen. She is also very knowledgable about insurance coverage for the treatments.
