My husband had a horrible experience with Dr Soto. He did not take time to numb the area for surgery and proceeded to cut on him as my husband could feel every rip if his skin while begging him to stop because of the pain. Dr Soto continued and told him to hang in there it is a short procedure as he continued the painful surgery. My husband was traumatized by this doctor’s lack of compassion and lack of professionalism. This is absolutely unexceptable behavior. He needs his license revoked.
