He was my doctor for 5 yrs My heart is sadden because he is sick and not Practicing anymore He was my BEST Doctor and friend Dr Lowey I miss you and your fun ways with your dry Sense of humor I'll never find a better Doctor then YOU! 😘 ~Shalom~
