Gabriel Jaffe has been my physician for 15 years. I find him to be efficient and knowledgeable, and he has helped me in a variety of medical situations over the years. Metropolitan Medical is a busy office, and there is sometimes a delay in seeing my doctor, but I attribute that to the level of care that each patient is receiving in the practice. Updated REVIEW --- My husband was able to get in and see Dr. Jaffe the next morning. I had to start calling at 7am and i was able to make an appt. We got there and filled out our paperwork and waited to be called. My husband was seen by Dr. Jaffe quickly and the medicine he prescribed has worked so we're grateful for that. Thank you for taking the time to squeeze us in. I've called the office number consistently for the last 30 minutes and have been on hold for most of the whole time. The whole setup is a huge mill, and one feels like being on a conveyer belt. Dr Jaffe is brusk and for the three visits always walked into the exam room with NO preparation about my case. He had to spend many minutes RUSHING to catch up and seemed to make very hasty decisions. Lots more tests with labs they are connected with in one way or another. First visit required me to arrive 20 minutes before my appointment, and yet it was 50 minutes after my appointment that I got to see Dr. Jaffe. 2nd and 3rd visit were about 30 min... read more
