SIMPLY DISGUSTING. For over 3 months I have been trying to get these people to do something about the pigeons that built a nest above my balcony. I haven’t been able to use my balcony for the last 3 months because it is continuously being covered with FILTHY, DIRTY PIGEON POOP (see pics). Overpriced! Place is dirty. They don’t take care of it anymore. Put in a maintenance request and not being answered.
I can’t sleep. My ac is reading at 77 but according to the complex if not 80 or higher the ac is working and not an emergency ?! This is the 6th time I’m experiencing this. I moved in 6 months ago. Yes. Once a month.

The community and the staff are nice and friendly but there's other issues in the back. We had to set a lot of service requests during the first week of moving in including AC issues, water nor heating up, doorbells not working, Garage door broken, and THE WORSE termites in the kitchen, we had to spend a whole day out of the apartment (with our dogs) and all our kitchen things out till this was fixed and we got NO discounts or similar due to this issues.
