We moved in yesterday so we are new to the community. However our experience during the leasing process was wonderful, both Vanessa and Jeania were helpful at all times and considering we are foreign to Dallas, they were ready and willing to give us a hand. The welcome package was a lovely touch and we are now ready to begin our life in Dallas!

Amazing location: Katy Trail is right behind the building, Whole Foods is a ten minute walk, and so many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Drawbacks: pet owners don't follow the leash rule for common areas including hallways and elevators, pet owners not picking up after their dogs allowing them to urinate and defecate in the courtyard, finding dog feces in stairwells and occasionally on elevators.
Gables Uptown Trail is a great community to live in. It's extremely clean, quiet, and all of the staff are very friendly. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion and leasing office attendants are always available to answer questions.
