i lived there for 2 months DEC and Jan moved the alarms went off so many time afraid to go to sleep always going off beautiful apts but so many problems that why i moved good luck all!!!
This place is great in almost everything. But as other mention, the fire alarm is a joke. I am writing this message now at 5 am in a Saturday since my whole family woke up due another false fire alarm. I believe now it is 41 alarm events since August last year. No compensation whatsoever. I have a newborn and a 3 year old that get scared at every alarm. Really annoying. Wondering if the absurdly loud Fire alarm could be some how damaging my 3 month old baby (it is crazy loud). This is a great place to live, super convenient, amenities are outstanding, and the apartments are beautiful. The staff is equally as excellent...always very helpful and always looking to make things a best as they can be for the tenants. Highly recommend Gables University Station
