We lived there for a year, we had a great staff that time, very helpful and always trying to help us. But I was there today and asking for their help - because by mistake the USPS sent my driver license to my address there - the person there was cold, and just said: I can’t help. Just that, she did listened to me and it was kind I was disturbing her. Ricardo is completely correct in his evaluation of the community. Until the fire alarms issue is resolved DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have lost count but, i can safely assume that the total is approximately 30-40 Fire Alarms since September 2015. I am not one to post reviews, especially on FB but, I felt compelled to warn EVERYONE to avoid this place at all costs until the Fire Alarm issue is resolved. Simple look around This is Best Lux apartment building in all surrounding towns This place is unbelievable great value for money Staff is so accommodating on Every little detail And they worked real hard to fix alarm issue just ask Westwood Fire Chief Thanks for great place to live Gables
Many issues with the property- fire alarms - gates - elevators- building access- parking, water, polices for common area, packages,garbage to name a few.
Gables is very new like everything else in live kinks have to be worked out...
