I just moved here with my mom, and I love the place. The environment is very comfortable. The place is very well maintained . I loved the people that work is the club house... We all love you! ��������
I moved-in on June 1st 2016. It's not what it looks like at all. Firstable, my car was stolen last night and they stole the personal items that was on my second car... Also, the AC doesn't work correctly so I'm getting a very high amount on FPL bill. I'm simply living a nightmare here. I only wish to be able to move out ASAP.

It is unfortunate that crime ever has to be a factor where we live. We do recommend you do everything you can to protect your loved ones and valuables—from closing your blinds at night to always locking doors and never answering a door to anyone you don’t know. On our side, we screen for criminal backgrounds in an effort to thwart criminal activity. But we do know that this isn’t always enough…even people who do everything they can to protect themselves and with our screenings in place, can end up being a victim of a crime. ... read more
Management is awful. High turnover. Excessive rent increases at renewal. Landscapers work very early in the morning and on holidays.

Moved her from NY. The office was so helpful and patient. When we got here the apt was already for us move in. Perfect move in condition. The grounds are kept clean all the time. The location is the best. Close to anything and everything. I Highly recommend this complex.

Lol this place is ass backwards. Someone breaks into the apartment now I have to pay 325$ to fix a dam gutter! I'd give them zero stars but I don't have the option!
