I was really thinking about moving in but after all I have heard about how u guys are abusing the construction employees... hiring illegal labor brokers, paying cash , no insurance, taking advantage of innocent hard working employees

It is unfortunate that Gables Speer is part of the problem #undergroundeconomy They are supporting the #cashpay #impactsme #criminalcolorado as opposed to supporting the local economy and improving our infrastructure. So when you are driving across town and see our bridges and roads falling apart, and the need to support our police and fire departments. Remember Gables Speer Blvd is the reason and the problem.
Unfortunate this is how you do business. Cheap and illegal labor used...
Cash Contractor is no good for our economy ! They are depriving our city of funds to make Denver a Great City !
