Verified Renter The garage door is broken frequently with delayed communication. Upstairs neighbors are always loud. Rent increases every year despite no additional amenities/benefits to the renters. You would think at the price we are paying we’d at least have a hot tub. Pool was closed for half of summer.

Verified Renter Random 25 lifestyle fee with no explanation. Garage doors are consistently broken at least once a month. No longer receive notification when leasing had a package so it’s a guessing game. No benefit for long term renting. Maintenance and management constantly changing.
