Waited over 45 minutes just to be told that I would have to make a second appointment and come back another day. Was told that the category I chose on ZocDoc would only get me set up for the actual cleaning and annual check up. This is fine, but the staff shouldn't have waited 45minutes to tell me that 1) I would not be getting the expected treatment, and 2) that I'd have to schedule a second appointment and come back.
