01/17/21 Thanks to those of you that sent me your documents. I'm preparing a package to be send to the Board of Dentistry regarding Ramiro R Esparragoza (License # DN16543) and to the Better Business Bureau on Tuesday Morning. Then, next Week, I will be contacting the Media, including Erika Carrillo, investigative journalist from Univision, Myriam Masihy, investigative journalist, from Telemundo, and Mambi. 01/07/21 Complaint Follow up I called Gables Sedation Dentistry for a refund on 01/07/21. After the second call, I was transferred to Jeni (On the payment plan, she appears as the Treatment Coordinator and of course she does not include her last name). From the $2638.81 I paid for one cleaning and 2 cavities. Jeni refunded me $813.37 for the 2 cavities, $2638.81-$813.37 = $1825.44 (this is the total I paid for a regular cleaning). I just finished with all my veneers done and I had an unbelievable experience, no pain, best dentists I ever met, Dr. Fornaris and Dr. Esparragoza which are artist with their hands and the best professionals staff around the whole office! Compassionate, kind and highly trained that's all I can say. Thank you so much to everybody that was taking care of me in all this time for making my experience so pleasant and smooth! Finally after so many years I save my teeth and have my smile back!
