I don’t leave negative reviews lightly. Unfortunately, after placing a tenant in August 2025 with Esperanza Domain (Gables Residential) and making repeated good-faith efforts to collect an unpaid invoice, I’m left with no other option. The absence of communication and accountability over an extended period reflects poorly on management and internal controls. During Winter Storm Uri, Renee Clark, Senior Regional Manager, played an active role in managing the situation along with our community management. She leads a professional and engaging team at Lantana Ridge, one of the many communities she manages, in the Austin area. Our interactions with her during the storm were tense, however, tensions were high for all of us. Her fierce loyalty to the brand and her staff is undeniable. Horrible company!! So glad the Michael got new management. The people who work for gables are rude just like they are. Will NEVER recommend anyone living anywhere that they own. STAY AWAY they will blame you for stuff that never happened and they always have new staff. Hmm wonder why.

Renee Clark is a pompous liar! She’s insultive with absolutely zero customer service skills. She’s a Regional Manager with Gables. I’m not sure how she has worked with them for so many years, as people of her caliber within companies like these are typically filtered out rather quickly. Gables should seriously consider finding a replacement. Most unprofessional experience of my life!
