During Winter Storm Uri, Renee Clark, Senior Regional Manager, played an active role in managing the situation along with our community management. She leads a professional and engaging team at Lantana Ridge, one of the many communities she manages, in the Austin area. Horrible company!! So glad the Michael got new management. The people who work for gables are rude just like they are. Will NEVER recommend anyone living anywhere that they own. STAY AWAY they will blame you for stuff that never happened and they always have new staff. Hmm wonder why.
Renee Clark is a pompous liar! She’s insultive with absolutely zero customer service skills. She’s a Regional Manager with Gables. I’m not sure how she has worked with them for so many years, as people of her caliber within companies like these are typically filtered out rather quickly. Gables should seriously consider finding a replacement. Most unprofessional experience of my life!
Amazing company, managing gorgeous properties, with friendly and helpful staff. Gables is best of the best when looking for your next place to call home!
