After 4 years of living in Alto Highland Park, they do not want to give us the refund deposit other way than "one month later check". We are moving to Europe within 2 weeks, so we can not stay here to receive the check, and they don want even to listen to other options. Sincerely, I do not recommend this residences. After Alto bought the former Gables, everything is working worse. They are zero flexible with the people living in their residences.
